"Funny Girl" last
played the
Ziegfeld in 2001 |
(Feb 1, 2010) - "Funny
Girl" will be returning to New York's showcase movie palace, The
Ziegfeld Theatre, for several special screenings this month.
As of today, tickets for
these specific screenings still remain available:

The Ziegfeld Theatre is the only
movie house in New York where you can still enjoy an old fashioned
road-show style screening. Film premieres are regularly scheduled
at The Ziegfeld, including Barbra's "The Mirror Has Two Faces"
back in 1996. Since then, The Ziegfeld has played host to
the release of the re-mastered
version of "Funny Girl" in 2001 and the
official 30th anniversary engagement
of "The Way We Were" in 2003 . |
