The auction table at
Sunday's Broadway Cares flea market
Four years ago, we
brought you a report of Barbra's fundraising donation for the annual
"Broadway Cares" flea market. We're happy to report that Barbra has
again provided an interesting lot that was recently auctioned at
this year's sale.

Barbra Supports Annual Fundraiser Once Again

22, 2007 - The annual Broadway Cares flea market
will be staged tomorrow, September 23, in New York's
Shubert Alley. Barbra Streisand, who usually donates
something unique for their annual auction, has come up
with a set of exciting items for this year's event.
According to
Broadway Cares,
lot #45 of the live auction includes three slightly
different CD versions of Barbra's European concerts,
along with an advance copy of her upcoming European
concert DVD. An autographed concert brochure, t-shirt,
and a limited edition photograph round out the Streisand
auction lot.
If the Broadway Cares listing is accurate (but note:
their listing might actually be incorrect), then we
might expect Barbra's European concert to be released on
DVD. At the very least, this bodes well for the
inclusion of some interesting bonuses with the upcoming
DVD release.
